SP UltraFilter

The SP UltraFilter is ideal for purifying the organic stream that remains after a depackaging machine. By pressing the organic material through a finely meshed filter, residual plastic is effectively separated, resulting in a cleaner organic output.The internal screw and filter transport the liquid effluent through the machine. Back pressure in the delivery chamber can be adjusted with high accuracy, allowing optimal seperation, all without pressure build-up on the filter. 

The SP UltraFilter is fully equipped to be used in various recycling processing conditions, featuring an infeed hopper, outfeed tank, infeed and outfeed pump, and a control unit. This makes it also perfect for trials, allowing you to evaluate performance and results firsthand before committing to implementation. De machine is also plug and play which means that the installation costs are low.
