Wash cabinet

The wash cabinet is an industrial washing machine designed to clean roll containers and palletboxes efficiently and thoroughly. This stationary washing system is perfect for small batches 40 roll containers (120/140L/240L) and/or 20 pallet boxes to be loaded manually. This washing system offers a lot of control over the wash programme as the boxes are washed in a fixed place. During the main wash programme, motor-driven rotating spray nozzles clean both the inside and outside of the load carrier and removes dirt, bacteria and odours. It is possible to automatically add cleaning agents to the process.

The duration of the wash programme, the pressure and the amount of water can be adjusted according to the level of contamination. This ensures that all surfaces on the inside of the load carrier, including the hard-to-reach corners and seams, are thoroughly washed. After washing, the load carrier is rinsed with clean water in the rinse programme to remove all residues.
