Wash tunnel

The Wash tunnel is an industrial washing machine designed to clean large numbers of roll containers and palletboxes thoroughly. The tunnel is designed for continuous throughput of load carriers, making it ideal for high volumes and constant production processes. The load carriers are automatically fed through the washing systems, ensuring efficient and fast cleaning. A tunnel washer is also excellent as part of a new or existing conveyor system. During the main wash programme, spray nozzles clean both the inside and outside of the load carrier. The drum filter is designed to filter out large contaminants from the wash water in order to optimize its reuse. It is possible to automatically add cleaning agents to the process.

The duration of the wash programme, the pressure and the amount of water can be adjusted according to the level of contamination. This ensures that all surfaces on the inside of the load carrier, including the hard-to-reach corners and seams, are thoroughly washed. After washing, the load carrier is rinsed with clean water in the rinse programme to remove all residues. The washing tunnel is available for various capacities, ranging from 50 to 100 pallet boxes per hour or 100 to 200 roll containers (120/140L/240L).
