KLE tipper

The KLE discharge system is designed for the efficient and continuous unloading of clean roll containers (120, 140, and 240 liters) or pallet boxes from the washing system up to 180 pieces per hour. After the washing process, the containers are automatically positioned, picked up by a pneumatic vacuum system, and tipped back onto their wheels. The KLE tips the containers from the same level as the cleaning unit and pushes them onto the conveyor belt.

Thanks to the continuous rotation of the tilting mechanism, the system ensures seamless operation: while one container is being tilted, the next container can already be positioned. This significantly reduces downtime and increases overall process efficiency and throughput. The system is designed with reliability, ease of use, and optimal integration into automated washing lines in mind.
