KLH tipper

The feeding system is designed to efficiently and continuously feed roll containers (120, 140, and 240 liters) or pallet boxes into the washing system up to 180 pieces per hour. The containers are automatically positioned and tilted before entering the washing process. During this step, the contents are discharged into a hopper or screw conveyor, ensuring a controlled and hygienic transfer of materials.

The KLH tips from the same level as the cleaning unit, pre-rinses the containers, and pushes them onto the conveyor belt. Thanks to the continuous rotation of the tipping mechanism, the system ensures seamless operation: while one container is being emptied, the next container can already be positioned. This significantly reduces downtime and increases overall process efficiency and throughput. The system is designed with reliability, ease of use, and optimal integration into automated washing lines in mind.
